Collins & Lacy attorney Andy Cole to lead the 2014 Construction Law Seminar for SCDTAA member attorneys

As co-chair of the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association (SCDTAA) Construction Law Subcommittee, Collins & Lacy attorney Andy Cole will help facilitate the SCDTAA 2014 Construction Law Seminar for member attorneys.

The full day CLE seminar entitled “A Practical Guide to South Carolina Construction Law” will feature presenters from the construction industry, forensic accountants and engineers experienced in litigation support, and legal practitioners from the defense, collections and coverage bar. There will be a live construction demonstration by Applied Building Sciences covering issues commonly encountered in construction defect cases. In addition, the Ethics portion of this CLE will satisfy the 3 year Substance Abuse/Mental Health requirement.

The seminar is Thursday, March 20th at The Mills House in Charleston, S.C.
