Andrew N. Cole Elected to Third Term as 5th Judicial Circuit Delegate

[COLUMBIA, S.C.] Collins & Lacy, PC is pleased to announce that attorney Andrew N. Cole has been re-elected to serve his third term as a 5th Judicial Circuit Delegate in the South Carolina Bar House of Delegates.
Andrew’s practice focus includes construction law, defense litigation, personal injury, complex litigation and premises liability. He is also an appellate advocate, having served as a staff attorney for the South Carolina Court of Appeals and as a law clerk for The Honorable Jasper M. Cureton.
Prior to receiving his law degree from The University of South Carolina School of Law, Andrew earned his undergraduate degree in English from Davidson College. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute, the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce, the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorney’s Association, and the Richland County Bar Association. He is an active member of the South Carolina Bar Association, where he is involved with the Law Related Education (LRE) Committee and Chair of the Middle School Mock Trial Subcommittee. In addition, he is a member of the SC Homebuilders Association and the Horry/Georgetown Homebuilders Association. He is admitted to practice in South Carolina, the U.S. District Court, District of South Carolina, and the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
