Ty Zeigler practices in the Construction and Personal Injury groups as Special Counsel.

A graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law, Ty has previously served as Staff Attorney for both the South Carolina Supreme Court and United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. When not practicing law, Ty spends his time serving as the President of the Board of Directors for Trustus Theatre and President of his neighborhood association. Ty has also served on the Board for the Contemporaries of the Columbia Museum of Art and for Camp M.A.T.E.S., a non-profit summer camp for children with developmental disabilities.

Construction
Within the construction industry, Ty defends professionals in litigation. Clients generally include: general contractors; subcontractors; developers; architects and engineers; manufacturers (defects); design professionals; and build-site injury and death in single family, multi-family, and commercial properties.

Personal Injury Defense
Ty also defends retail, commercial, and restaurant clients in personal injury actions arising from “slip and fall” and “trip and fall” cases.
