[Columbia, S.C.] – Collins & Lacy, P.C. attorney Amy Neuschafer will present at the Palmetto Paralegals Association’s (PPA) 2012 Half-Day Seminar. The PPA seminar is May 16, 2012 at Nexsen Pruet from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Neuschafer, a member of the Collins & Lacy Retail / Hospitality / Entertainment practice group, will discuss the importance of being familiar with the Appellate Court rules and how a paralegal can contribute to the appellate process.
The Palmetto Paralegal Association, formerly known as the Columbia Legal Assistant Association, was established in 1988 to promote professional development through continuing legal education and to enhance the recognition of the paralegal profession within the legal community.
