[Columbia, S.C.] – Collins & Lacy, P.C. attorney J. Lee Floyd will present at the National Business Institute Civil Procedure Seminar.
The December 17, 2010 seminar, entitled “Step-by-Step Civil Court Procedure Handbook,” will share a detailed examination of where, when and how claims are processed in civil courts.
Floyd’s presentation will discuss non-complaint claims and third party practice. It also will include information related to:

- How to Use Injunctions and Prejudgment Remedies
