Joel Collins, a distinguished trial advocate, educator and dedicated mentor, was instrumental in founding the Howell Pre-Law Society at Clemson University over twenty years ago. Since its inception, he has remained a steadfast supporter, guiding and inspiring students aspiring to enter the legal profession.
The William T. Howell Pre-Law Society is dedicated to educating Clemson students on the law school application process, the commitment required for a legal education, and the career benefits of obtaining a Juris Doctor degree. The society also fosters valuable networking opportunities for future law students.
Joel Collins has long been a leader in the legal community, serving as a Past National President of both the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and the ABOTA Foundation. His career has been defined by excellence, mentorship, and unwavering dedication to legal education and advocacy.
